October is recognized as Pink Month in support of breast
cancer awareness. Zeta Tau Alpha proudly recognizes
breast cancer education and awareness as its national philanthropy. Zeta Tau Alpha remains
committed to the fight against breast cancer because breast cancer continues to
affect one in eight women.
At Ohio Northern University, the sisters of Zeta Tau Alpha
host various events on campus to raise funds for breast cancer education
and awareness. The following is a list of Zeta Tau Alpha's events for Pink Month:
The sisters of Zeta Tau Alpha are joining the brothers of
Theta Chi for the annual Theta Chi Café. This year, all desserts will be pink
in support of breast cancer education and awareness. Stop by from 2-6 p.m. for
some delicious snacks, drinks and live music.
Saturday, October 15: Pink Football Game
Come out to Dial-Roberson stadium at 6 p.m. to
support the Ohio Northern Polar Bears against the John Carroll Blue Streaks. Zeta Tau Alpha will be selling hot chocolate and donuts. Don’t forget to wear pink in support
of breast cancer awareness!
Tuesday, October 18: Pink Pasta Dinner
Hosted from 5-8 p.m. at The Inn at Ohio Northern
University, sisters of Zeta Tau Alpha invite you to enjoy an all you can eat buffet for only $12. Gluten free and vegan options are available upon request.
Tuesday, October 25: Pink Bingo
Join us in Mac Activities for Pink Bingo at 6 p.m. Entry fee is only $3 and you have the
chance to win some pretty cool prizes, so stop by!
